Tanzania Women Entrepreneurs and Networking Development Exposition (TWENDE) is a non-governmental organization which conducted more Forum of Women Entrepreneurs Tanzania-we go is a critical tool that assembles women entrepreneurs anywhere in the country, for being able to assemble the same table with the same language of entrepreneurship in order to raise their income economies.

Even though Tanzania has been spearheaded by a platform, which largely has been a catalyst for change in various sectors in the country as well as political, economic and social, but still struggle have not been able to bear fruit for some of the regions in which a woman is like a slave in their throats.

Let's go for a certain amount has been assemble women entrepreneurs in almost every year since its founding in 2010, with the aim of bringing together women entrepreneurs anywhere in the country without looking for large or small their operations or their ethnicity.

The aim of TWENDE is to empower more women entrepreneurs who have been started on business sector and downstream industries in the country for being able to show them the way and get the opportunity to sell their products and get the chance to show and discuss the issues of trade and their success in general.

The idea of ​​empowering women is to make their trading more important and a logic in this nation and that is why the community as we go is not going to achieve those goals if only it must get legal assistance and extra efforts for achieving its objectives, it means that TWENDE need government support in order to reach their goals.

The great help that we  expected to get the power and stability of the government in ensuring that business people are benefiting through their government and seek support other technical, for example, there are many products that Zanzibar and Tanzania mainland, which is produced by women's groups, but market results in Dar-er-salaam or in tourist hotels in seeing that this is because the Tanzanian traders still did not have the best means to preserve their product, which is a major obstacle in reaching the international market.

I have no doubt that the purpose and objectives of TWENDA which largely goes hand in hand with the government borrows both where more is to eliminate poverty and provide jobs for the youth so that they can stop begging behaviour and increase the weight of their families.

But also borrowed another of this network of women is to provide them with opportunities to showcase and advertise their products, but also to make women be proactive in ensuring that defends and protects the rights of women entrepreneurs and to provide equal opportunity for all women in the country, I feel it is something that is still a major challenge for society, especially for women who are many low income Tanzania.

Language and attitudes wrong for men to see women who are of handled and support everything really is not accurate and not a wise idea at all despise women because isn’t give women equal rights under the Constitution of Tanzania and that is why even the slogan of political saying "women are empowered they can" is not the right word, but it is insulting them and insulting women and not otherwise because no one not even disabling they can, and also have the ability to do job.

In addition to these objectives we go is to promote reproductive health not only for  mothers but also fathers that they are a solid foundation for the construction of his clan (family), including ensuring that the people of the house are on wellness health if include building a better environment for their future.

Not only that but also this from the intent and purpose of which is to develop better relations with women's groups to enhance social development, in order to achieve those objectives, there must be a partnership between the community and other associations in order to fulfill their dreams and whether these will be implemented correctly due to their dream of a better life for every Tanzanian can be reached rather than as songs for politicians.

It could have been quite objectives we go is good for the mind and the goal of seeking to promote the production of goods that are produced by women's groups where they them to find market while still remaining at their houses, it is difficult them due to the size and weight of the work that they did within their houses, which was lead the women to lack off enough time to find a market to sell their products something that women tend to do more fatigue to their interred lives.

The source of all this is a man who largely has been oppresses woman to be poor and he could not find time to find a market to sell its products. Usually most women in Tanzania and other African countries is extreme poverty in their daily life something that has been leading to lack off their basic right to seek legal income of livelihood to the woman and her children.

On  this attitude of impunity women is contrary to regulations and the country and even on religious traditions and also there is no element that says that a woman is not a meaning in society but a society is doing it for the benefit through  women.

It is sad that to this day there are some tribes in which I can speak but has been in the forefront in order to oppress his son could not find his primary right as free citizens and the right to live in this nation of Tanzania.

For example, the ethnic nationalities that due to appear man is better than a woman, they led the woman is just as unclean that is not from themselves, if that is not enough a man, it can also stop working to provide excuses unofficial but you have to investigate in detail you'll find he left work because the leader of the organization is a woman and a men has no rights to work under women control, in accordance with their traditions cannot be led by a woman.

Also some ethnic groups that have been at the forefront to takeoff the woman rights to inherit, with the property of their late husband, most of the property brought with some family members and to offer many excuses inconsequential basis, some officials have been actively condemn the practice of, this is great to see some of these are small, but they all have significant impact on the survival and development of Tanzanian women.

I cannot say that have made women their rights based on a special deal for men but if you follow closely you can see the order in which to benefit man for slander, that the cultural and ethnic or regional chest, this is a culture that you can’t find in Tanzania constitution and even religious books.

To a large extent women have been at the forefront in get harassment on psychological, economic, political and social this is because of the attitudes of some men feel they are the best for everything, I can compare men with  lion whom he abode is wild where in view of the lion saw that parks and wilderness all had belonged to him due to their  power, and so man is seen that he is better and who is able to do everything in the house and not a woman this is due to the base was built at an early age.

It is obvious that they take time to change this system which largely has been tortured not only women but also it is an injustice and an opportunity to participate in some activities in order construct and development of the nation and his family.

TWENDE was conducted meetings each year for women who brave deeds largely do not get the opportunity to show you their products, but something to ask women themselves do they use well the opportunity. But men also provided support for women entrepreneurs to ensure that they get the opportunity to market and advertise promotional work with great skill and the women entrepreneurs?

In order to ensure that it does and to make progress, we go strives to gather the participation of women entrepreneurs who have been doing business differently in order to get an opportunity to share experiences and skills than commercial, although I still feel there are many challenges that are in one way or another, it is quite possible they reached few women who are in the vicinity of the village, not those who are the most beautiful and creative and still have not given an opportunity to wander their product  and their art.
