The Global Network of Religions for Children (GNRC) Africa is a faith-based Non-Governmental Organization dedicated to inter-faith collaboration and defending the rights of children. GNRC is the only worldwide interfaith network specifically devoted to secure the rights and well- beinchildren everywhere.

On Saturday, March 20, 2010, GNRC will organize a Peace Bonanza in collaboration with Forum CC (The Tanzanian Civil Society Forum on Climate Change) and Global Exchange (GX). The event will start from 11am to 5pm at the Tambaza Secondary school and focus on climate change and the environment, bringing together 79 Peace Clubs and hundreds of schools.

The day will include stage performances of acrobatics, music and dancing, stalls offeringinformation about environmental degradation and climate change, games and entertainment,a movie, a prize raffle and much more!Food and drinks will be available throughout the day. All activities will promote the need for environmental sustainability in a fun and interactive way and funds raised will go to supporting the ongoing environmental protection activities of the Peace Clubs.
