The Arterial Network in partnership with African Synergy and thanks to Africalia’s support organised a 7 day Arts Journalism Course in Zanzibar, Tanzania. It was organised parallel to the Sauti za Busara Festival and was attended by the following journalists

11.Tony Mushoborozi Saasi -Uganda
Telesphore Mba Bizo, a member of the Arterial Network’s Steering Committee and task team member of the African Arts- Journalism Network (AAJN) also attended the training. He spoke to the trainees about the broader vision of the AAJN of, ‘creating a technically and financially sustainable link on the continent working towards affording a platform to promote artistic creative excellence through wide exposure, reviewing, previewing, criticising and carrying out research on all forms of art.’
